Customer's system cannot suport and recognize our sample card ?

Reasons:

1) Customer mistake the chip type, the sample card we provide doesn't match the system.

2) System was encrypted.

3) Cards didn't initialise before reading

 

Solutions:

 

1) Confirm the exact chip type for the system.

2) Comfirm the sytem did not be encrypted before. If encrypted, need to get the passport

3) Cards can only be used after initialising.
