Step 1: Install the Rogero Downgrader PUP
Copy the Rogero Downgrader PUP file to your USB flash drive and rename it to "PS3UPDAT.PUP". Make sure you put it in the following folder structure: USB\PS3\UPDATE\PS3UPDAT.PUP.
Plug your USB flash drive into your PS3 and go to System Update from the XMB.
Select Update via Storage Media and choose the Rogero Downgrader PUP file.
Follow the on-screen instructions to install the downgrader PUP file.

Step 2: Enable QA Flag
Copy the Rebug QA_Toggle package file to your USB flash drive and put it in the root directory.
Plug your USB flash drive into your PS3 and go to Install Package Files from the XMB.
Select and install the Rebug QA_Toggle package file.
Run the Rebug Toggle QA application from the XMB. The screen will go black and you will see HDD LED activity. Then you will hear two or three beeps and the PS3 will restart back to the XMB.
