Smart card "up the mountain and the sea of fire"? Reveal the secrets of survival of anti-making cards!

High temperature exposure to the construction site, heavy rain brushes outdoors, and humid oil stains in the workshop... Ordinary smart cards may be demagnetized, deformed in minutes, and cannot read data! But there are always some cards that can "hold the pressure" and still work stably under harsh conditions - how do they do it? Today we will explore the "anti-creation secrets" of special environment smart cards, and tell you how to choose the right card!

1. The "fatal blow" of special environments to smart cards

Smart cards made of ordinary PVC (such as common access control cards and membership cards) are prone to overturn when encountering extreme environments:

• High temperatures (such as workshop/summer outdoors > 60℃): Cards become soft and deformed, chips are desoldered, and card reading fails

• Wet (such as swimming pools/basement): moisture penetrates into the inside of the card, short-circuiting the chip or corrode the circuit

• Oil stains/chemical corrosion (such as factory/kitchen): Oil stains and acids and alkalis destroy the surface of the card, causing printing to fall off and antenna damage

• UV/rainwater (such as outdoor long-term exposure to the sun): Ordinary PVC aging and cracking, and magnetic stripes/chip failure.

2. "Protective Armor" for Anti-Making Smart Cards

For different harsh scenarios, we will make the card "King Kong indestructible" through three major means: material upgrade, process reinforcement, and special coating!

- High temperature environment: high temperature resistant material + stable chip

• Material: Choose temperature resistant PVC (can withstand -20℃~80℃ or even higher), or add heat-resistant filler composite materials, which will not deform or delaminate at high temperature

• Chip: Use industrial-grade chips (such as CPU cards), the welding process is more solid, and it is not easy to be soldered or data loss at high temperature
